We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact or quote form: last name, first name, e-mail address, phone number, dates you have in mind and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to draw up a rental agreement. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for twelve months. Data linked to a booking is kept for the legal retention period applicable to contractual documents.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by our technical providers: Vercel (hosting) and Lodgify (booking engine and payment), strictly in order to deliver the service.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies may be set by YouTube if you play the tour video, and by Lodgify when you make a booking.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to leflocondulac@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
