Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact or quote form: last name, first name, e-mail address, phone number, dates you have in mind and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to draw up a rental agreement. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for twelve months. Data linked to a booking is kept for the legal retention period applicable to contractual documents.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by our technical providers: Vercel (hosting, audience and performance measurement), Lodgify (booking engine and payment), Resend (delivery of messages sent from the forms) and, if you consent to it, Google (audience measurement and advertising), strictly in order to deliver the service.
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookie is set until you have accepted it in the banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is kept for six months in a cookie of our own, after which you are asked again; clearing this site's cookies is enough to change it. If you accept audience measurement, Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visitors apart and follow their path to booking, including when it continues on checkout.lodgify.com. If you accept advertising, Google Ads sets cookies to measure our campaigns and show you ads. If you decline, Google is told so and writes nothing to your device. Two cookies do not depend on that choice: YouTube sets cookies if you play the tour video, and Lodgify, our booking engine, sets one as soon as the availability search bar is displayed, which happens on the home page and the booking page. We also measure visits and page loading times through Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which work without cookies: a temporary identifier is derived from your request, renewed every day and never stored.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to leflocondulac@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
