Bedding and consumables

Mattresses and pillows are protected with covers. Bed linen is provided and the beds are made on arrival. Tea towels, bin bags and toilet paper are provided for the start of your stay. Please note: for hygiene reasons, towels and bath sheets are not provided.

Electricity

Electricity is not included in the rental price. The meter is read on arrival and departure, charged at €0.21 per kWh.

Using the property

Furniture, spa and barbecue are at your disposal; please take care of them. Guests are asked to remove their shoes inside, and access in ski boots is strictly forbidden. Take particular care of the wooden floors: no wet laundry or towels on the floor. Please put nothing but toilet paper down the toilets. Lock the doors whenever you go out, and fold away parasols and garden chairs in bad weather.

The spa

Instructions for using the spa are displayed on site. The cover must be closed and fastened after each use. The spa takes a maximum of 4 people at a time.

Peace and quiet

Noise levels, indoors and out, must be kept down out of respect for neighbours. No noise is tolerated after 10.30 pm or before 7.30 am. Parties, events and stag or hen weekends are not permitted. In the event of a complaint, €300 is withheld from the deposit and those responsible may be asked to leave.

Cleaning

The cleaning fee is included in the rental and covers a full clean and the household linen, assuming normal use. Please leave the property tidy: furniture back in place, dishes done. Excessive mess may be charged.

Household waste

Bins are available at the corner of the street. On departure, please leave nothing in the chalet's bins and return them clean.

If something goes wrong

In the event of a breakdown, breakage or damage, contact the concierge service straight away, even if no damage appears visible. No repair or call-out costs can be reimbursed without prior agreement. The outside of the property is under video surveillance.
