Rates and conditions
- Rates vary by season and length of stay. The calendar above shows the exact price for your dates.
- End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen are included in the price.
- Electricity is not included: the meter is read on arrival and departure, charged at €0.21 per kWh.
- A deposit of up to €3,000 is required to cover any damage.
- Check-in between 4 pm and 8 pm, check-out before midday.

You choose your dates, confirm and pay securely online, and receive the rental agreement by e-mail straight away. If your dates are flexible, if you are coming as a group or if you have a particular request, the form further down lets you write to us directly: we reply within twenty-four hours.
Which season to choose
From December to March the chalet is a ski address: the La Mauselaine lifts are 250 metres away, night skiing lights the pistes several evenings a week, and La Bresse-Hohneck takes over twenty-five minutes away. From June to September the lake sets the tempo — swimming at 22-24 °C, walks up to the ridges, the terrace and the plancha. Spring and autumn are the quiet seasons: daffodils in April, colour and mist in October, and a noticeably calmer valley.

What is included in the rate?
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen are included, and the beds are made for your arrival. Electricity is charged separately: the meter is read on arrival and on departure. Bath towels are not provided.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit of up to €3,000 is taken to cover any damage. It is returned after the check-out inspection.
